Need eComm solution for selling PDF files

I've never done eCommerce before but client needs to sell PDF files online.

I've never done any eCommerce websites before, but a client of mine wants to start selling PDF documents from his website.

I guess by my interpretation, he needs the site to work like sites that sell music - basically, someone decides they want to buy one of the files, so enters their credit card details. The transaction is to be processed in real time, and then either takes them to a secure download page, or sends them an email link, which will enable them to download the file they have paid for.

Are there any simple, off-the-shelf eCommerce products that fulfill this requirement?

try to do the site in mambo and use the mambo-phpshop.

easy thing - it offers to sell files as well...

You might check out sitetutor. They have a shopping cart that supports electronic downloads.
