Hi everyone, i was just wondering what is this best way to scan a website and pick phone numbers up from it. Are we allowed to do this i would like to know first. Or is there some where i can buy targeted numbers etc.

Just a quick note (as your profile says you're from the UK) if you're going to be cold-calling UK consumers or businesses it's probably worth learning a little about the Telephone Preference Service [tpsonline.org.uk] as has been a legal requirement for unsolicited sales calls to UK consumers for a few years and more recently it's come into effect for unsolicited sales calls UK businesses too.
