my email is getting to the point I spend way to much time answering the same questions over and over again, or that just require a Link to a FAQ page. I had handled it in the past with templates I just cut and pasted the customers email address to, but things are getting too busy for that now too. So I guess my question is which is the best "easy to use email" software available with intelligent email autoresponders? I have downloaded a few trial programs from tucows, but the interfaces are not very intuitive and the help guides translated from Swazhili ;~)
