PayPal Down too often?

PayPal has been down several times this week, twice when I've tried to process orders --- wondering how many customers I lost that wanted to pay for items using PayPal...

Anyone had good experience with other online payment systems that are like PayPal?

It depends on where you are located. For example, anoter gateway - authorizenet.com has been down for about 7 times in the past year. LinkPoint has been donw once in the past three years - they have had some latency issues but added a lot of servers to help cover that

We've had very good service on multiple sites and I can't say downtime has been an issue at all.

lexipixel, are your paypal "add to Cart"s showing up? mine aren't, its 11:15 AM PST. I thought something is wrong with my code... so it might be their servers. there goes 2 hours of work!
