Hiii
I run an online shopping mall and i am using CCNOW shopping cart. I am totally satisfied with their service. But due to their high fees ( 11 % per sale and 11 $ monthly ) i want to consider another shopping cart
Currently i offer some schemes to my customers:
Discount Coupons,
Free Shippuing above $65
Free Shipping In India
$15 for Shipping in other countries
$50 discount on orders $250 and above.
Please tell me whether any other shopping cart can provide all these facilities at a lower rate?

You have look at you sales volume.
If you are doing 25.00 a day om sales 11% is not a bad arrangement.
If you are 1000.00 day it would be wise to find an alternative.
I have seen start-ups spend to much on store technology and didn't have anything left over to promote the store.
It is a balancing act.
You need to spend the most of your funds to whatever limits your profitabilty.
In the beginning it might be market reach, later it might be cost of running your store, later another thing.

I am located in India and the average ticket amount may vary from $ 20 to $ 650 . Selling a very wide range of products . Any one who can provide an alternate merchant who offers coupons will be really helpful.

if you need a simple solution, go with mal's ecommerce. very easy setup and fairly flexible. You can then use any merchant provider you need to process cards separately.

"Having a seprate marchant account provider and a seprate shopping cart " will it not be costlier than CCNOW? Ill prefer a merchant account provider who has a shopping cart which provider atleast the minimum facility of free shipping above 65 $ . I may go for seprate merchant account and shopping cart if there is no other option but i hope there must be some merchant who offers these facilities at less than 11 % per sale . Hope some one will provide me the merchant account provider with these facilities

Vai: Do not get stuck on the 'one vendor solution for all' re: cc processing and cart.

It is certainly trouble to learn how to merge a cc processing solution with a separate vendors' shopping cart. But if you are in this business, you are in the business of learning.

Open up to the idea of a separate shopping cart and you will discover other solutions to your problem.
