When typing in keywords for my niche target market I run into some, what seem to be, outdated personal pages that have a #1 ranking. Has anyone ever thought of offering to buy pages? And how would that actually work?...If you were to buy the page and upload it to your server, would that change the rank being on a new server? Updating the owners page with my page design may very well change it too much as well. Anyone have any ideas?
