What are your views about eshop provided by Microsoft.

I am planning to take my business online. I am looking for a complete turnkey solution: Where I get 1)Cart application 2) Integrated and seamless Credit card integration 3) Inventory Management 4) Other features like newsletter, customer management, marketing tools.

I looked at Yahoo store. They take a % out my profit. Do I have other options? The flexibility I need to be able to get my pages(website htmls) done by some one else then integrate into this turnkey system

What are my options? Am I asking for too much?

where can I get more info on their eSHop? A quick google search turns up hundreds of comments about it, but none of them link to an info page.
