I have searched everywhere and am getting a little desperate. I would like to accept payment online. But do not want to go through the hassle of a merchant account. So am thinking more along the lines of a paypal (e-mail money) like service.

I am targeting Europe. So, the crunch is that I would like an e-mail money service that people can sign up for in French, German etc.

I do not want to use paypal. Does anyone know of an alternative e-mail money service that supports European languages (for instance French)?

I would be really, really interested to hear of any services that offer an ATM card, such that you can withdraw money from your electronic account at ATM's worldwide. Ikobo.com offer this ATM service - but their sign up is only in English! A mirror image of Ikobo.com's service, but in French (and/or German, spanish), would be perfect.

P.S I know that moneybookers.com has European language sign up on its website. But am not into this service as their sign up process is so complicated. They require e-mailing/faxing of documents (passport copy, utility bill etc.) to open an account. Crazy. How many of my customers are going to want to do that. Also, they don't offer the ATM card for the account that I am so keen on.

I would be so, so, so grateful if anyone can help me out. I really am lost.

Thanks mate. I have seen and checked a lot of those already - but will sift through the new ones to me. I have a dial up connection - it is going to be a long night.

If I could perhaps convey more tightly what I am after in case anyone knows an appropriate service off the top of their head:

1) e-mail money service
2) Can sign up in French (or perhaps other European and Asian languages)
3) Provides an ATM card - such that one can withdraw money from their e-account at ATM's accross the world.

Would be so, so, so grateful to anyone that can advise.
