hi i am new to this programming concept,can u please suggest me any shopping cart which i can use with my paypal account to use for making a shopping website.

preferably i should be able to edit objects offline with ease and then upload things to server

Thats more a directory than a cart.

If you have money go xcart else try oscommerce both can use paypal.

Only if you know what your doing with PHP, which I gather you dont,

Learn to use a HTML editor that allows for dragginng and dropping of elements like layers etc in short spend some time looking into HTML
