Bank account for non US residents

hello every one
I hope all of you are doing well in your business
I wanted to know something,I am from India and I am using paypal for accepting payment from my customers online.as you know paypal doesn't allow Indians to withdraw money to bank account in India but paypal says we can withdraw money into local usa account.
So I wanted to know do you know any bank in USA which would open bank account for non resident Americans,I googled and found few banks but not sure if there are any banks which allow to open accounts for non residents.

I found this valissavings.com but I am not sure about its reputation in usa,
I need your suggestions for this,please help me to find bank which can open account for me.

i have been using ikobo for 4 months..
my opinion it is one of the best especially
for countries like India.

Initially you need to submit documents-a bit of
work there..Unlike paypal you probably have to
wait for at least 2 months to get your check clear

I can withdraw the fund in the same day with visa electron if some ppl deposit money in my account
NO WAITING..
