Hello all,

Has anyone been having problems with 2 Checkout today? After about 10am all our orders started returning invalid MD5 Hash values, which effectively kills the order everytime (it fails to register with our system).

It looks to be an internal error of some sort with 2CO, but they haven't responded yet...

Guess it's time to finally make the switch to authorize.net

No problems here, several orders have gone through
in the last few hours.

I've been having weird problems with them cancelling perfectly good orders.

WebFusion - call them. It won't help much, but it's better than waiting for an email that won't help at all.

Well they fixed the error (it WAS a bug they introduced on their end), but now there is an issue with the formatting of the confirmation page (the "Finish Order" button now appears below the page - so a person has to scroll down 50% of the screen length to even see it).

This naturally has me cancelling a large number of orders because the customers simply don't SEE the finish order button.

It's a simple html formatting problem, but they were notified on Firday, and as of a few minutes ago, it still had not been fixed (I've had to cancel several hundred dollars in orders because they failed to register with our system because the customer didn't click the finish order button).

Hands-down the worst custoemr service I've ever seen.

Good news is, I've moved up my plans to migrate to my new authorize.net account (which I had been putting off simply because I was so used to 2CO's interface, and they paid me weekly anyway).

I've never heard of a working 2CO. It always seems somethings going wrong.
