Hello,
have a question about recurring billing with 2checkout.

If someone uses the system, please answer.

I'm interested in setting a recurring billing with it.

- If a customer wants to cancel his subscription to the recurring billing plan, how can he do it? By the system, or by contacting me.

- If a credit card from a customer subscribed to a recurring billing plan becomes invalid. How is this handled? Am I notified? Can I have a list of customers that could not be billed? And most important, is the customer emailed by the system about a problem with his billing status?

Cordially,
Brakkar

By contacting you. Just a few days before the actual billing happens, an email is sent to the customer notifying them of the charge. They can place a cancellation request through the system to you.

Both the parties are notified by email. The email also includes a link through which the new credit card details can be entered by the customer.

Ok, and if the customer credit card is invalid, and if he simply doesn't enters a new credit card information, what happens right after the billing date?

Do I get notified that the customers hasn't renewed? Is there a way to easily check all the customers that haven't renewed?

Thanks in advance,
