I am interested in upping my conversion ratio and apart from updating copy/prices etc, I was looking at improving the general customer feeling about the saftey of them handing over there Card details online. Currently we feature the Worldpay logo etc and the benefits of using this service (we dont hold there CC details etc, owned by Royal bank of scotland and SSL etc)

Are there any other products or site certifictaions that can be gained, We are of the opinion that anything that can be done to make the customer "feel" safer can only be seen in positive light.

Your thoughts appreciated.

This may not be the type of feedback you're lookng for and you may well already do this, but when I want potential customers to trust my online business I try to put a human face (literally) on it.

Often it will be an "About Us" page with photos of smiling employees, a message from the owner (with photo, of course) and so on.
