I received two large orders from a customer in Cote de Ivoire. Is this a country known for high internet fraud?

Lemme guess... Wants to order items in bulk (like 10 or more), pay by credit card, and have it shipped Fed Ex?

I get at least 5 per week from different countries.

They can get very sneaky...

Although we ship internationally, we state clearly on our website that we don't accept orders from Nigeria, etc. One day, we receive an international order from a country we ship to, but with city, state, and zip code clearly from a country we don't! The order request shipping via USPS.

It turns out that if you ship via post, they will sometimes auto-correct the address - I wonder how many merchants are snookered this way.
