Just Installed SSL Certificate, Getting 403 Errors?

Installed GeoTrust Certificate , but secure pages not working.

Hello again! I just installed a GeoTrust "QuickSSL" Certificate on a client's web hosting account, but when I try to access the site using "https" I get a 403 Forbidden error. If I remove the "s" from the URL, the site displays properly. In addition, when I enter the URL and attempt to display the page, I get a warning from IE saying the SSL is not valid and it references something about "[e-mail]" or "snakeoil.dom." What does this all mean and how can I fix it.? Thanks!

Look in the error log. It should tell you why you're getting denied (ie server configuration, file permissions, etc)

You haven't installed your certificate properly. snakeoil.com is the default openssl certificate. You have put the certificate in the right place, and restarted Apache to recognise the change?
