I number of people have now contacted me saying that they have used my checkout facility (2Checkout) but there is no data in my 2Checkout account. One of these people was a friend and they have been billed for it on their statement....48 hours ago...but still nothing in 2Checkout.
Anyone else had peoblems? My site has been in magazines, newspapers and soon on TV, and I'm wondering how many other transactions are not appearing. I've had nothing....which is really wierd,
Thanks
Swedish Linda

I've noticed an increase of orders not authorized. These were considered as "abondon carts" perhaps not and sent the standard email. Checked the 2co site and no mention of attack.

I also noticed (an extreme) drop in orders yesterday. Today I placed a 'test order' myself and it went through. The only thing I can say is have at least one payment processor as a backup (I am working on it right now).
