Which company do you think offers the best free online credit card transactions processing. I'm going to be starting up an online hand blown glass business store and I don't know who to go with.

Are you willing to pay a monthly/annual fee, or do you just want them to take out a percentage of your sales?

I'm willing to pay a monthly fee but what is an average monthly fee and how high is to high for a online ecommerce service? Also if you are based in the US what would be the best service where they just take a percentage out of your transaction. I here all kinds of things about authorize being bad but no I dont here many good comments on any other companies. Are there any out there?
