about reversed payapl payment

recently some body use strolen pp account to pay me 200$

but 3 days ,the payment is reversed:(
so i lost 200$

but if before paypal reverse the payment ,i sent 100$ to A,and a 50$ to B
so there is only 50$ left in my accout

then what will paypal do?
how can they reverse 200$ from my account?

Cancel the payments to A and B, and withdraw the cash?

Collect any more monies that come into the account? Check their policies.
