what are the options?

I've got a client who's been doing drop-shipping for a while but wants to switch to carrying his own product. The catch is he doesn't want to handle it - as in pack and ship. So we're looking for fulfillment services to receive the product from the manufacturers and then pack and ship on demand. The service could be anywhere in the USA.

I don't believe he's large enough to warrant using a big shipper's services like UPS (we're not talking pallets of product here) so I'm wondering what other options might be available? And what pros and cons we should be aware of.
