Hi peoples,
I'm new to this and English is my third language so please excuse.
What are the best payment methods to use and the easiest (to sign up to and cheapest) to allow be to be paid via internet? I have Paypal, but not too happy with it.
If someone could help me out I will give a big kiss on the cheek!

I claim that kiss!

Try 2checkout.com they are teh cheapest @$49 signup although there are plenty of users here that complain about it.

Failing that worldpay at around £160 is the best option.

CCavenue.com, low set up fees.

I think everyone's got his own favourite processing company Linda.
The best thing do to is probably to find out yourself and compare all the companies. Just do a search on Google for 'accept online payments' or 'credit card processing' and you will get a list of the most popular processing companies. Sweden should not be a problem for most processing companies. Good luck!

Is CCAvenue relatively new? I haven't seen them 'around' prior i.e. mentioned or recommended.
The content on their site looks promising/impressive.

Anyone here actually used them for a while, and can testify as to their proficiency and customer service when something needs to get sorted out?

Don't tell me there's finally a 2CO killer out there - finally *_*

I would not hold my breath... I sent them a couple of queries about three weeks ago, not a peep. They were quick to ok account though...ala 2CO

I mentioned it in one another thread, I am using CCAvenue for 3 years now. The reason they are not known internationally is because they were focussing on south east asia market. Now they have a dollar processing gateway. I think they are also adding other international currencies.

And yes, they are very selective in approving merchants.

CC avenue looks promising. But I was not impressed by their customer service.

To tell you the truth, if you're doing a lot of business (or plan to) I'd check with your local bank about opening up a business checking account + merchant account.

I recently did this and while there is an initial startup fee ($140 for me), the rates are pretty low and you have the convenience of having money go straight into YOUR bank account. Very nice :)
