2CO Payment Problems

... still waiting!

On the 16th of August 2CO released funds as usual, as shown by their backend (V1). However, nearly 2 weeks later it still has not arrived!

I've submitted a ticket, but have received no response as yet. Has anybody got any experience in dealing with such issues as this with 2CO?

Thanks for any help you can throw my way.

any other payment company would send you an e-mail stating the staus of your account and how much they were sending you and when - but not 2CO. It staggers me what people are putting up with whilst they await the payment services provider that actually delivers proper service!

Hello,

We use them as well and havan't had any hiccups in recieving payments yet(knocks on wood).

Are you outside or the US? I've been hearing complaints from other international users.

Hi,

I've been using them too for the last year, this is the first late payment. I'm based in the UK, but as I say, I've never had any late payments before.

Surely they wouldn't have sent to the wrong account or something?

ditto.

I was signed up with them for 2 years before I actually started 'using' them. My first payment, was held up for an additional month until they 'cleared' it. THeir help ticket system is sub-standard.

However for the price... does anyone have a site that will do better, at the same price?

They were very slow with my first payment took around 3 months. ANDY why dont you phone 'em?

The annoying thing was they kept telling me that the cheque was in the post.

I have been with them for one month. I have lost 3.000 USD because of them. They never send me any money. Also their fraud protection is a joke. I ordered products from my website couple of times, with incorrect CC information and transaction was always approved. If you can, try to get rid of them.

Thats rather worrying, how do you mean you lost $3000?

was it through lost sales? Or fraudulent orders? Or have you not received your cheque?

2CO is indeed the bottom of the bucket when it comes to payment processing. If your legit and doing decent numbers I recommend switching to a new gateway/merchant. I use wells fargo with auth net for my websites now and have had no problems..

I was supposed to be paid via a wire transfer issued on the 16th of August, but it is now the 1st of September and it still hasn't arrived! Payment was issued in Pounds Sterling (native bank currency) so it really should have been deposited by now.

I didn't change any of my banking details in their admin section ... really don't know what is going on.

Any ideas?

Hopefully, your payment will come in the current payout, which should hit US banks by tomorrow. Not sure about UK, but cross your fingers for a couple more days.

Meanwhile, we're definately looking for alternatives due to this and a few other disturbing threads I've read, ven though we've had perfect timing on payouts. Time for a real merchant account!

totally agree with import/export. there's absolutely no need to use a provider like this when there's many great options for processing.
