Wow, thats a lot of specifications. You may want to hire someone to design something like that for you. osCommerce offers many of those features for free, though.

MOST(95%) of these are offered by Clickcartpro (Under $200)
Forum available plus loads of people to do any mods that you cannot(do not) want to do.

Yes those are a lot of features. But to be competive in my field you need to have them.

Here are some additional features :)

- All products can be listed alphabetically
- Ability to show only top 7-9 categories and link for listing of all categories
- Ability to list refund policy at bottom of every product page
- Use my own hosted images for product images that would be updated each time page is re-freshed.
- Ability to upload customer data from current store to new customer database
