Hey fellas well i use to have usight as my merchant account. But i never got through setting it up to my website. The account had many charges such as Merchant Gateway fees of 29.95 and then The merchant account itself was 89.95. This is with a 3yr contract. Adding up to 3thousand and something. They said if I bought the merchant account right away i could save like 1000. Now with this merchant account i had received a special promotion for signing up a buy one and get one free. So i do have a second one witch was never activated. My question is,is it better to stick with what i have of go with the other online merchant account such as 2Checkout,Worldpay,etc? Is there more advantage from one to another? Thanks in advance.

Ouch that sounds very pricey, I wouldnt pay it.

Stick with worldpay etc far cheaper.

Yea that is a lil high as far as price but i can also take that merchant account offline. For example if i wanted to open my own shop or vendor stand. I would be able to use that merchant account as well. Another thing would be doesnt world pay and Authorize.net and even all the other online merchant account charge you a percentage from your product that you have sold?

Yeah they do, Ive never even heard of an account that doesnt charge having been involved with CC processing since the laye 80's I dont think one exists.

If that what your people are saying Id be very cautious indeed.
