Is paypal open on Sundays

Are all those horror stories true.

I decided to sign up for paypal, figuring all those horror stories were from fraudsters, or were self inflicting.

I decided to sign up and get the verfied status right off. After passing several security checks, such as providing my csv number, verifying two small bank amoutn deposits, and a security code attached to a credit card payment, I finally got verified.

I haven't set up my website to accept paypal yet, but I decided to make a purchase using paypal, only to find that my site had limited access.

They claim my credit card was lost of stolen, but when I contacted my credit card company, they said the card was perfectly valid.

Paypal claims they are open 4:00 AM to 22:00 PM Pacific time, but it is now 8:00AM on the west coast and they claim they are closed.

Im just glad I don't have any money in my paypal account. I hope they fix the problem quickly, or im dumping them.

An Update. It took two phone calls but I got the
problem resolved in about 20 minutes. The paypal staff
was friendly.

They should change there website, they open at 8:00 Pacific not 4:00AM on Sundays.
