LiteCommerce + SEO =?

I know for a fact that LiteCommerce will generate static pages of its catalog. However, when I generate the static pages, they overwrite the current ones. This is done whenever a change is made. Is there a work around where the SEO I do to the pages stay there when the changes are made?

If you use the auto-update module, then only the pages you have changed will be updated each time. However, if you add a new category, the whole catalog will be updated again.
