I am in the US and am looking at starting up a betting/gambling site. I know this isn't an "adult site" forum but this is more of a legal question. Is it legal to start up a site of this nature in the US? Does it have to be hosted outside of the US?

Anyone know of a good resource for starting up a gambling site and the legal implications?
