Using a DropShipper

I have found a good drop shipper for a niche product I would like to sell. I want to setup a store to sell this product.

What are the cheapest soulutions for this?.

I also want to be able to do alot of SEO on the site.

It depends, what type of products are you going to sell, and what are the approximate values?

Id rather not say what the products are exactally, as I feel there is potential for SEO. But the retail values would be anywhere from say 60-300USD

You only have to look at your profile. Cheap may work - but I like think in terms of return on investment. If you want to go cheap, hand make your own HTML, use Mal's eCommerce for the shopping cart, and only accept checks and money orders. You won't get many sales, but its the cheapest online solution I can think of.

How much extra would it be to accept credit cards. That is essential. I just want to be able to add atricels etc to the site, as well as having a little store.

ebay is the best for starters, then if your doing well you can start building a site. This way you don't have to worry about the overhead and the monthly dues. Only drawback is prices is gonna be a bit lower on ebay due to competitions.

I was thinking that but, I didnt really want to use ebay because of the pricing competition. I was thinking that if I can get high SE ranking eventually, I can make sales simply because of the traffic.

If you absolutely want the cheapest, you can use the cart of 2CO and accept credit cards at the same time. However, I cannot recommend 2CO at all given our experience with them.

You can also use Mals at $6 a month to accept credit cards into your payment gateway. You will be able to use write your own static html pages in both cases

You can also go the PayQuake route for a merchant account. They have one account with no monthly fees and no minimums, but you pay for it with a 3.8% discount rate and $0.50 transaction fee.

$49 annual membership.

I used PayQuake when I was just getting started. Their customer support was weak, but then, that's been my experience with most merchant account providers. Support notwithstanding, I did get paid on time for all my transactions.
