received this mail today, Im selling on Ebay so I guess they are harvesting the info from there.

We recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your PayPal account may
have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Protecting the security

Therefore, as a prevention measure, we have temporarely limited access to
sensitive PayPal account features.

I use a diffrent email for paypal payments to the one listed on ebay, so I knew something was up when I received.

Its darn clever with the HTTPS.

Any one know how they have done this?

Paypal do now a copy of this mail.

I've gotten about a dozen copies of that email in the last couple weeks. The HTTPS link they show in the "public" side of the email is not where the actual link goes. View source and you'll see the real link.
