Verification Checks

Hi there I am a newbie.

I am trying to get a straight answer from paypal, 2checkout, paysystems about verification checks. I currently use PayPal and sometimes customers have to wait for a card statement to make a verification check. I want a thid party processor with a simple buy now cart button option where my customers dont have to go through this verification check. I sell flowers and think it unlikley that customers will use stolen cards for this. Ok if i was selling lap tops or electronic goods i would be concerned. Also I want a system where customers enter seperate billing and shipping addresses, preferable i dont want a shipping address at all customers can provide this after completing the sale.
I will register to a UK bank account and my customer will pay by credit card from all over the world.
Could anyone please advise?

Authorize.net worked for us in the past.

Something like $40.00 a month processing fees, but you can be done with the hassle of Paypal.
