I am having major problems with my hosting company (CI Host). I have a merchant account with them and use authorize.net as a gateway. Despite the high cost of hosting fees and hidden costs my main problem lies with the Miva Store that comes with my hosting package. To make a long story short, i have recieved several emails from customers that they have placed orders but i have no record of the orders or know of their existance. No telling how many would be customers have experienced this and didn't let me know, they just took their business elsewhere. The few that have let me know have actually been charged for the merchandis but there is nothing in Miva to show the sale?I have no confidence in the software, hosting company or the gateway for that matter. When i call support they just say that they don't know why it happened and to let them know if it happens again. Yeah, right...I'm looking for a new hosting company with stuff that actually works. Do any of you have any ideas of how to handle this situation and can recomend a good hosting company/package?
