Paysytem:The real situation someone please!

Are they just making changes or in trouble?

We have been using them for 2 years now with no problems(They switched us from Merchant to TP Pro about a year ago)
Recently they have had a lot of problems with the Amex server (and still do) and I keep hearing thing about big changes coming in July and also visa/Mastercard not liking 3rd party proceesors any more.
Can someone let me know as near to the real situation as possible please

As far as I know, the situation for new customers is ...

myPaySystems are no longer accepting applications for new 3rd party processing accounts. They are currently signing up customers for merchant accounts only.

Existing 3rd party account holders are being moved over to merchant accounts. This will happen in coming weeks / months.

I can confirm this, as I spoke with 2 different sales people and they said they were making a strategic change in how they do business.

Hey guys...

We have corrected the problem with AMEX. As of a few minutes ago, AMEX transactions will be processed without a problem (unless there is insufficient funds ). We appreciate the understanding of all our merchants.

I'm a paysystems user and don't know anything about these new changes either. Have they been contacting their existing users at all?
