Need something which can let you completely customize payment page

Or at least moreso than the ones above.
Hmm, make that 2checkout and PayPal.
It appears that mypaysystems.com is no longer available (just called their support line, you can't sign up with them.)
Any recommendations?

Cookie cutter merchants like this won't let you get into much customization beyond headers and footers. Try opening a merchant account with someone like wells fargo/auth net

myPaySystems no longer accepting account signups? Their site doesn't seem to reflect that ....?
Anyway, you should check out WorldPay or Authorize.net.

Authorize.net is just a payment gateway isn't it? They don't even seem to supply a merchant account.
As for PaySystems, call the sales line. The sales guy kept on saying that their website (mypaysystems.com) shouldn't even be up. Called him twice about this.
Who knows what's going on.

That's weird ... I can still login to my control panel.
So far they've been good for me and this is the first time I've heard about them not accepting new accounts.
<added>Blaze, just off the phone with myPaySystems merchant support and they are definitely still accepting new applications.</added>

You might want to talk to sales rather than support.
