PaySystems Abuse - Be aware!

900 USD fees! Shocking!

I don't know if this is good enough for a shock to most of you but I was charged 900 USD by PaySystems (myPaySystems) as PaySystem Fees. I didn't request any service, I didn't authorize this fee and I was given no explanation for this massive deduction.

After I contacted them through Live Chat - representatives had no real explanation and their answer was "you will soon be receiving an email".

Thanks to their abusive contract, I have no other option than to forget it as a bad decision of my life. If anyone can recommend me something, please do. Currently I am just pulling off PaySystems from my site.

Just an update..

1) I am an international client - Indian Resident.

2) Support representative says it "might" be because number of chargebacks crossing over permissible limit of 1.5%. Though he/she admits that he/she is not sure.

They're trying to boot people off of their mypaysystems.com system, I suspect, as they are obsoleting the service.
