Worldpay any good?

Is Worldpay as good as it seems

Hi,
I am busy having my new website redesigned and also implementing Worldpay for the commerce side of things.
I will be doing lots of micro transactions (£3-10). Is Worldpay good for this, I know that you can get lower interest but I would love to hear from anyone who uses Worldpay accross the world.

I need reassurance

I use Worldpay in the UK and have found them to be fine. They are a bit pricey, although they do a good job and have good customer services.

Their transaction fees are:

WorldPay take a 4.5% Transaction Service Charge (TSC) on credit card transactions and £0.50 for debit cards

I also use WorldPay in the UK and think the service is good value for money, at the
end of the day you get what you pay for.

On the few occasions I needed to ring them for support, the staff where professional
and prompt.

I have been using WorldPay for about two years now and although the setup cost was more than others I have seen, I am pleased with the service. There have been a few problems over the last 6 months though. Especially when they did an upgrade and it went down for a while. But on the whole I would recommend them.

I have used them a lot including for repeat billing and they are my default recommendation. Also large clients are able to negotiate the transaction fee although they don't advertise the fact.

"Secure Trading" Are good, and when we were pricing up a while ago, cheaper than Worldpay. We've had good service from them.
