Hallo
I am running a travel related web site and one of my pages has an option for hiring cars for holidays .
I had 2 orders of about 1000 euro each one in the previous month for hiring a car and both pay a small deposit through my online credit card payment .
they never mailed me allthough i have mailed twice each one nor actually hired the car . they didn't appear anywhere .
What i am suspected is that they made a travel insurance and they will claim that allthough they paid the deposit the car hire company didn't deliver the cars and in that way claiming all the money by paying a small deposit to me?
Has anyone any experience on that?

I am in affiliation with the car hire company but the booking is made in my site .
Is there any legal action that the travel insurance company can take on me?
In the second order i was suspicious and i didn't charge the card . I didn't commit the transaction.Perhaps i will cancel it .

any help is appreciated..

This really isn't a question you should be posting here ... you need to contact the parties involved or those that you think you may get into trouble with if something goes wrong.

General rules apply .. if you suspect an order is fraud, it probably is. It's much better to cancel a legitimate order and have to tell the customer "For some reason our fraud system flagged your order and canceled it, if you want to try again I can let it go through manually" than to let a fraudulent transaction go through and have it cost you fees, merchandise, headache, and reputation later.
