Please put your exeriences with iKobo in this thread. I saw some bad messages about their customer service but I think that today their customer support has improven greatly with live chat, 48 hours e-mail response, and quick answering to the phone. I am a customer of this company and I really wanted to say that they helped me a lot in my business. That's why I want to hear other opinions, and try to help others using my experience with iKobo.com.
