Customer Care

How good is yours?

We all know that providing good customer care makes or breaks the sale. Bad customer care and you'll probably never hear from them again, give good customer care and you could land a repeat customer.

So the question is ... how good is your customer care? How quick do you solve problems? How do you make an angry customer turn to a happy one? How fast do you reply?

Gotta say that my response times fluctuate ... When you have a lot of stock to add, a load of pics to scan etc etc it can be hard to realize that the real priority is the customer.

I try and answer all my mail on the day its received even If I cant give a solution Ill say when I can or I hope to have an answer.

I did once get really uptight with a guy over Xmas sue to his persistent whineing - He did apologise.

So I think the answer there is;

Be straight with your customers - even if its something they dont want to hear.

Be quick with your replys.
