I work for a company selling education material. And the high end products may be confusing and you may wish to speak to an advisor.
I am looking at some possibilities,
1) a simple form fill - email to our call centre to call back
or
2) some kind of Call Back "phone me" solution.
So, I was wondering if anyone had any experience, knowledge of what works for them, advice/tips on the pitfalls, companies to listen to or general advice.
Anything will be useful,
