Problem with 2Checkout

About 3 weeks ago they said they sent money by direct deposit, but it has yet to arrive.

Anyone have this problem with them? Any suggestions on how to deal with it?

Any recommendations for a good substitute for 2checkout?

Basically a system other than paypal with no more than a 45$ signup fee which lets you customize the look & feel of checkout.

You might have an error on your banking details which will cause a problem after they release payment to vendor. Go to the main 2CO website, click to contact, and then create a NEW TICKET. Enter in your info and you will get a response in around 48 hours.

I had more than a dozen accounts with them in the past and experienced problems on a regular basis. I switched to authorize net and have been very happy.

The benefits of a 2CO account come when you need something up fast, possibly to test market a product or service etc.
