with fake e-mails. I got e-mails even from the pope :)

"America Online Inc. has adopted a new tactic against spam: blocking its members' ability to see Web sites promoted by bulk e-mailers."

and this: "She said she worries that system could be abused by someone seeking to block a rival's Web site by spamming AOL members with that link."

Awesome! Great way to take out the competition.

I sure wish they would hurry up with domain keys.

What a cost effective method to take out competitor's sites. Just pay $50-$100 for sending out a million emails to AOL addresses with the competitors domain in it and that domain is taken out by AOL. They could not have been more stupid.

Not to mention how absolutely impossible it will be for someone to track that .. not like Spammers are going to be going around giving up customer lists.
