Shopping cart without CC processing

I have been asked to put together a site with a shopping cart without CC processing. Basically, they want a site that can store the orders in file to be printed off and keyed into the computer systems here for processing.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Mal's Cart - free version. Offline CC processing feature is included in the free version. The CC transaction details are stored on a secure server. You login to their web site to retrieve the details for manual processing. Ideal for low volume processing.

I ahev an ASP one that you can use - if you need it let me know (free). osCommerce for PHp might have something available as well.

Be careful when processing the CC - if the address is not entered - the merchant might even be charged higher than the keyed rate for a non-qualified transaction.
