Who do you recommend for a shopping cart?

We currently use Storefront.net software as well as Miva Merchant. We are building another site and I want to use someone different. I am hoping for free tech support, ability to handle up to at least 100 products, and a somewhat easy setup. I also want it easy for the customer to use. It takes about seven or more steps for a customer to buy a product on Storefront. People get easily confused or hate that it takes so long. Paypal seems to basic, but I almost like their simplicity.

Does anyone suggest any reliable, inexpensive shopping cart?

Thanks for your time!

Monster Commerce is not too bad - but they do seem to nickel & dime you a lot. We have had a lot of customers complain because when they need to upgrade - it costs way too much money (one customer complained because her site was too slow, she was told that they needed $700 to make it faster).
