I personally didn't have any problems with them, and the time between settlement and the check hitting the bank was the normal 2-3 days.
I stopped using them because my volumes increased to the point where other providers made more sense, though I've kept the account open as a fallback.
Other folks in various threads have reported some issues with inattentive or slow customer service. However, in the world of deep-discount merchant accounts, I'm not sure that's out of the norm.
