Can I create a credit card like card?

That has a magnetic strip and tracks activity of use for my customers

I am wondering if anyone knows where to find this solution.

I need my customers to have "credit card" like cards, with a black magnetic strip that works with credit card machines. I should be able to track the "spending" activity of my customers.

Please let me know if anyone knows how to set up this technology.

There are a number of ecommerce vendors who sell encoders, blank cards, etc. Google on "magnetic stripe encoding."
