Looking for a single item payment/customer management script.

With credit card processing, paypal, and checks. Also recurring payments.

I am having no luck finding a script to handles payments, orders, and customers for a single item site. All I can find are shopping cart scripts. Here is what I need...

1. Manage payments: Credit cards through ECHO, paypal, checks/money order options.
2. Admin & customer email notifications.
3. Fully integrated into my design.
4. MySQL database to store all customer & order info.
5. Recurring payment option for annual payments. (optional).

Can anyone recommend a script that can handle this? Like I said, most everything is geared toward large stores and has robust shopping cart features, which I don't need, since I have only one product.

The closest thing I can find is www.perlbill.com but I read a lot of negative reviews on them. Can anyone recommend a script? Preferably in PHP or Perl.

Rather than a script, maybe a third-party backend deal like Mals-e, which has hooks to output transactions to your db, would suit your purpose.

I can't believe there is no solution for single product payment/ordering/customer management! That's absurd. What do people use? I don't even know what to search for to find something. It seems everything is geared toward a full blown shopping cart. What do you people with single product sites use?
