1 - How much it is reliable

2 - How its support is working

How much it is reliable

Very. Can't remember any downtime, at all.

How its support is working

Good. Their support group for their merchant stuff is very knowledgable. Online help and documentation is excellent, as well.

Sorry, I never met a person who has been with verisign for a long time and is happy with them. Most folks leave them with anger ;)

Probably one of the least trusted and most hated Internet companies out there :(
