Is there any company in this vast world that processes international creidt cards/USA with full security? I haven't been able to find any. Every place is strong for each country or continent, but not everywhere.

Welcome to Webmasterworld! We use Worldpay, although it will only do an automatic AVS check for UK orders only, You can ask them to do a manual check for any orders around the world. You can go further by opting in for a guarrantee scheme against chargebacks which costs an extra 1% per transaction.

Try http://www.multicards.com. Have been using them for over 7 years, never experienced any problems.
