Ive used several over the years, Us based I use the company corporation based in Delaware or uk based first company services London.

If you are looking to set up an "Offshore Corporation" then I recommend trying the very obvious .com URL. That will lead you to a site that belongs to a company that is pretty good on such things and tax related questions.......unfortunately not all knowledge in this arena turns out to be what you want to hear though, especially if you are currently a US resident.
