I am involved in developing a website that will be offering downloadable MP3's and print content on a subscription basis (monthly subscriptions mostly). We are considering outsourcing the signup process, billing, auto-renews, etc. I've found two companies so far that do this type of thing and that can handle subscription-based online services--ccBill and iBill. I have two questions:
1. Is anyone familiar with either or both of these companies? Have you used either? Are they reputable? Where might I look to find out more about them.
2. Do anyone know of other companies that offer this service?
