We're looking at spending the money on Better Business, Truste.org tags of approval for our site. Anyone have any feedback on any of these?

Any feedback on sales prior to and after implementing would be great.

My brick-n-mortar business was a BBB member and it didn't make a darn bit of difference. As long as you have clear policies on Privacy and Disputes, and stand by them, the membership doesn't make a big difference, IMHO. It's never influenced my buying habits on the Internet.

I agree with Marshall. You don't have to spend that much. The fact that your payment processor is already "accredited" or reputed is enough.

Just make sure you make it clear to your clients the policies. Build trust. Provide guarantee. Be honest in dealing with them by telling them what is really they are into.
